With basic care, stained concrete provides years of enjoyment. In homes we recommend felt pads under furniture to limit scuffs. A reseal is typically needed every 5 to 10 years. If you need a more durable floor, consider polished concrete.
When should I schedule stained concrete?
Stained concrete is best done on new construction while the studs are still visible. We recommend a final seal coat at the very end of construction.
